In the 7th district of Vienna, an flat building from the Wilhelminian era is being generalised, converted and extended, creating additional high-quality living space. In the course of this, all of the building components will be completely renovated and extended. The complex is divided into two main buildings with eleven residential units, which are accessed via a central staircase, and a courtyard building which can be used as storage space. The existing staircase will be supplemented with a glass lift tower and redesigned to be barrier-free. All of the units will be upgraded with an allocated open space. The attic flats will have spacious glass fronts that flood the flats with sunlight and provide an impressive view.
