The winner of the Europe-wide competition “Serial and modular construction”<\/p>\n
The results of the tender for serial and modular building from the Wohnungswirtschaft Deutschland (GdW) have been determined and we are one of the nine winners!
\nTogether with Lukas Lang Building Technologies, we have acquired one of the winning places for our design from a list of around 50 competitors.<\/p>\n
The \u201cSerial Construction\u201d competition requested the submission of designs for a multi-family block of flats using an efficient building block system. Together with Lukas Lang Building Technologies, a system design based on a wooden skeleton was created, which was highly-rated in terms of ecology and energy use. This resulted in four blocks, with different types of accommodation, open areas and plenty of light. The design is based on a grid of 1.40 x 1.40 m squares, which can be extended and added to as required.<\/p>\n
We are looking forward to further sustainable projects in the future!<\/p>\n
