The \u00d6GNI (“Austrian Sustainable Building Council”) certifies sustainable building and urban districts using the DGNB system. Sustainability in the construction and property sector is important to us and so we are very pleased that the project Grund\u00e4ckergasse II, Vienna (S\u00fcdhang Oberlaa), Lot 2, meets the criteria for sustainable building and has been awarded the DGNB pre-certificate in gold.<\/p>\n
