The 3 building sites with 7 building components, 9 staircases, and the common parking garage are completed and will progressively be handed over to the tenants. The on-schedule handover of 331 apartments within this tight timeframe required the full commitment of all participants involved in the planning and construction phase.The future residents will be greeted by an almost completely built-up and well-designed urban area. We would like to thank our client (Mischek Zt GmbH), the client (Die Wohnkompanie) and the general contractor (Porr Bau GmbH) as well as all other parties involved for the excellent cooperation and look forward to future joint projects.<\/p>\n
