We were able to convince the jury with our contribution at the invitation-only competition “Studentenheim Mozartstrasse” in Klagenfurt and were awarded the 1st place!<\/p>\n
The competition area is characterized by its excellent location and proximity to the University of Klagenfurt, the Lake W\u00f6rthersee and by its good accessibility to the city center.<\/p>\n
The existing old property will undergo an extensive modernization in order to meet the contemporary demands of functionality, aesthetics, economy, and conservation of resources. A further part of the competition task was to develop an extension in a design and a functionally impressive way in order to link it to the old property.<\/p>\n
With our contribution, we have developed a project which fulfills these requirements and furthermore is future-oriented.<\/p>\n
We are looking forward to the implementation of this interesting task!<\/p>\n
