Since September, the construction of the ceiling and the corresponding walls of the ground floor and the standard floor were started at a constant pace, section by section. In the meantime, these have been completed up to the 4th floor. Currently, the ceiling above the 4th floor of the first section (at Ichagasse) will be formed. In the second section (at Kendegasse), the construction of the ceiling above the 4th floor is already done.
\nThe balcony slabs of the south fa\u00e7ade were delivered as precast elements and were already installed up to the 4th floor.
\nLikewise, the in-situ concrete and the prefabricated balcony slabs of the north fa\u00e7ade facing the Leopoldauer Stra\u00dfe have been installed up to the 4th floor.
