In the coming months, a high-quality residential building with eleven residential units will be built in a quiet location in the center of Vienna’s Donaustadt district.\u00a0The free-standing building is primarily defined by its clear structure and its generous open spaces.\u00a0After the previous building was demolished in the month of August, the foundation pit was quickly dug.\u00a0Subsequently, the sub-base layer was installed and the preparatory work for the construction of the structural framework was finished.\u00a0In the meantime, the floor panel for the partial basement was concreted, and furthermore, the crane for the remaining work was set up.\u00a0In the next few days, the prefabricated basement walls will be delivered to the construction site and then installed.<\/p>\n
