After a construction phase of five months, the structural work was successfully completed at the beginning of the new year. <\/span><span lang=\"DE\">Therefore, the ceiling and wall panels were constructed from semi-prefabricated parts and the stairs inside the building were built in cast-in-place concrete. <\/span><span lang=\"DE\">The exterior work of the building sealing is in progress and the installation of the windows will be completed shortly. <\/span><span lang=\"DE\">The work inside the building is also progressing rapidly. <\/span><span lang=\"DE\">The first substructures for the drywall in the residential units were already placed and the preparations for the installation and electrical work are progressing smoothly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wg-a.com\/en\/projects\/hochwaldweg-4-vienna\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">&lt;&lt;see project&gt;&gt;<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A lot has happened in the last few weeks.
