There is some news to report around the construction site at Effenbergplatz. In the first construction phase, along Kaiserm\u00fchlenstra\u00dfe, the walls on the sixth floor have already been erected. The interior work is also progressing diligently. On the third floor, substructures for the drywall are currently being erected. On the first floor, installation work has already started. There is also visible progress in the part of the building facing the underground station. Work on the ceiling above the fourth floor has now been completed.<\/p>\n
