{"id":29007,"date":"2023-02-20T13:29:06","date_gmt":"2023-02-20T12:29:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.wg-a.com\/?p=29007"},"modified":"2023-02-20T13:29:06","modified_gmt":"2023-02-20T12:29:06","slug":"wga-cultural-afternoon-austria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.wg-a.com\/en\/wga-cultural-afternoon-austria\/","title":{"rendered":"WGA cultural afternoon \u2013 Austria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We had the opportunity to get to know the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wg-a.com\/en\/wga-kulturnachmittag\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">specialties of Bulgaria<\/a> at the culinary event in November, and last Friday &#8211; it was that time again &#8211; and we were allowed to enjoy a culinary journey through Austria.<br \/>\nFrom the award-winning Blunzn (black pudding) to K\u00e4fer bean salad, semolina dumpling soup, Gr\u00f6stl and goulash to Grammelstrudel, poppy seed cake, Kaiserschmarrn, and apple strudel, we were offered everything. Fluffy pancakes were then fried on the spot and filled with delicious homemade apricot jam.
