The exhibition focuses on different peri-urban spaces and raises the question of whether we still live in the city or only work in it. Many live and spend their free time in suburban areas and are therefore not really in the city but also not in the countryside, but rather somewhere in between. This exhibition focuses not on the city, but on its periphery – such as shopping centers, family homes surrounded by feeder roads, and deer eating on noise barriers.<\/p>\n
A group of researchers and reflectors from the TU Munich, the Bauhaus University Weimar, the University of Luxembourg, as well as the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, and the TU Vienna, have approached the topic from various positions and perspectives over the course of two semesters and presented this interim status for discussion for the first time in November 2022 at the TU Munich.
