The straightforward and transparent building concept combines technical, functional, and design components into a comprehensive solution. The new building is needed because the number of schoolchildren in the Offenbach district is constantly increasing.<\/p>\n
The timber hybrid construction method guarantees a very good ecological balance, an accelerated construction process, a high degree of prefabrication of the components, and possible recyclability according to the cradle-to-cradle principle.<\/p>\n
