On Friday 23 February, we participated in the architecture festival TURN ON 2024. Our managing partner Harald Oissner explained the topic “Sustainable Healthcare World” in a dialogue during the event. As part of this dialogue, the \u00d6GNI Gold-certified project “Gesundheitswelt Ost” in Wiener Neustadt was presented. The project, which will be completed in 2023, currently houses 36 surgeries, 4 business premises, 150 hotel rooms and 59 apartments. It is a multifunctional service centre that complements the services offered by the provincial hospital and enables the linking of established areas and private providers. Sustainability, flexibility, longevity and long-term usability were the factors that guided the design and implementation of the project from inception to completion.
\nWe were delighted to be part of the TURN ON 2024 architecture festival and to have the opportunity to discuss exciting topics with all those involved.<\/p>\n
