The Stoob road maintenance facility project was completed in June 2024. For Landesimmobilien Burgenland GmbH (LIB), a new central support center for the Burgenland Road Municipality was built in Stoob. The facility includes an administration building as well as a workshop with a central magazine, workshop, and inspection station for lorries on a site of approximately 25,440m\u00b2. Covered parking for the fleet, heated and unheated garages, a petrol station, salt silos with brine mixing plant and wash bays have also been provided. A special feature of this project is the BIM design, which was used to co-ordinate the design process through the Building Information Model and will be used in the future for facility management.
