Work at Wagramer Strasse 64-66, 1220 Vienna, is entering its final phase. The insulation panels on the courtyard side are currently being professionally filled in, while the first substructures for an innovative fa\u00e7ade greening system are already visible on the street side. This will not only enhance the aesthetics of the building but will also improve the microclimate.<\/p>\n
Significant progress has already been made on the interior. The drywalls have been fully leveled and primed, and the heated screed has been laid. In the basement, the final assembly of the modern double garage systems is underway. The plumbing has also been installed on the car park ceiling, so the next step will be to start coating the car park.<\/p>\n
