We are delighted to announce that our innovative design for a sustainable residential building project at Tschaikowskistra\u00dfe 14 in Berlin was awarded a contract for this project! Four modern timber residential buildings will be built on a plot of approx. 2,480 m\u00b2, not very far from the Pankow city centre.<\/p>\n
A total of 17 high-quality residential properties will be built with spacious outdoor areas featuring terraces, balconies and gardens. Our concept is based on a modular construction method according to the cradle-to-cradle principle, which not only facilitates a rapid, quiet and environmentally friendly implementation, but also offers the flexibility to customise the living areas to meet the individual needs of the residents.<\/p>\n
We are already looking forward to the fulfilment of this project and to providing a new living area that will combine contemporary living with a sustainable concept!<\/p>\n
