We are pleased to announce that the structural work at Hauptstra\u00dfe 86 has been completed after just five and a half months since excavation started! The five-storey building has a total of eleven residential properties. As part of this work, all of the staircases have now been connected, which means that residents now have easy access to the top floor, from where they can enjoy the panoramic view right across Hinterbr\u00fchl.
\nThe next part of the project involved sealing the windows and making a start on the waterproofing. With these jobs underway, work will now start on the levelling and the plumbing.
