The construction work at Spindlerweg is progressing rapidly, not only for the fa\u00e7ade but also for the interior work. Most of the work on the ETICS fa\u00e7ade is already completed. The plumbing work for the roofing and the parapet panelling is successfully finished. The post and beam glass roofs in the two stairwells are in place. The next step is to glaze the panels, while the locksmith team is already busy installing the terrace and balcony railings.
\nWe are working intensively to complete the interior work. The drywalls and suspended ceilings up to the first attic floor are finished and the walls and sloping ceilings have already been plastered and polished. In the stairwell, the backfill and impact sound insulation have been installed. The screed in the flats is already in place and is now being hardened according to planned deadlines.<\/p>\n
