\nThe design of the upcoming completed fa\u00e7ade is already clearly recognisable from the abrasion of the fa\u00e7ade and the installation of the railings for the balconies and terraces.
\nFinishing work on the interior is currently ongoing in the area of the two staircases and the general access corridors connecting the flats.
\nSplitting of the tiling has been started on the unfinished floor of the floor landings and the staircases so that the flooring work can start in this area in the next stage. The balustrades, coated in a beige colour to match the design concept of the fa\u00e7ade, have also been assembled on the staircases.<\/p>\n
