Construction of the fa\u00e7ade, internal finishes and PV system is making excellent progress. Scaffolding for the ventilated fa\u00e7ade has been dismantled and the EIFS work on the ground floor is about to commence.
\nThe PV panels have also been installed on the roof. The substrate for the green roof is now being applied. The railings have also been installed.
\nMeanwhile, the interior work continues. Screed has been laid on the ground floor and parquet is being laid in the classrooms on the second floor.
\nThe first and second floors have been tiled. The tiling of the lower floors will follow.
\nWork is also continuing in the gym and sports room – the partition walls are being installed and the perforated plasterboard ceilings have been completed in the last few days.<\/p>\n
