The construction site setup is well organised despite the inner-city location, and the delivery of the prefabricated room modules takes place as scheduled via Beethovenstra\u00dfe. With the help of a mobile crane, the modules are precisely placed onto the prepared point foundations and then stacked floor by floor \u2013 first the ground floor, followed by the modules of the first and second floors. The room modules are characterised by a high degree of prefabrication. Many elements of the building envelope and interior construction are already fully pre-assembled. This significantly accelerates the construction progress and ensures an efficient and clean implementation on site. The modules of the first construction phase are already visible and provide an initial impression of the overall concept, while the assembly of the second construction phase is scheduled for the end of June 2025.<\/p>\n
