Last Friday, a construction site inspection was carried out at the site of the new building project in the Donaufeld district of Vienna. The purpose of the inspection was to review progress on the new building project in the developing Donaufeld district, and to discuss key planning and implementation aspects.
\nThe \u201cAn der Schanze\u201d project involves the construction of four staggered buildings of different heights, which will accommodate a total of 212 apartments. Coordinating the ground floor heights was also crucial for designing the buildings and integrating them into the cityscape.
\nDuring the inspection, discussions were held on nature conservation, among other things. Another topic that was discussed was how to consider the dimensions of pipelines in the planning process. The practical implementation of the theoretical plans was also discussed, including garage heights and the necessary drainage of garage areas.
\nAfter completing the construction site inspection, we stopped at a nearby restaurant where we enjoyed coffee and cake while discussing urban development in the 21^(st) and 22^(nd) districts, as well as the Donauplatte. This provided an excellent opportunity to discuss the future development of the district.<\/p>\n
