We are delighted that, together with F+P Architekten, we have been awarded the contract for the third construction phase of the renovation of the main university building (UHG) in Bielefeld. This significant project will be carried out in a total of six construction phases and comprises fundamental renovation and modernisation measures.
\nThe third construction phase will use integrated project management (IPA), an innovative procurement and contract model. This involves all project participants signing a multi-party contract together with the client.
\nToday was that special moment, and our managing partner, David Krestan, had the honour of signing on behalf of WGA ZT GmbH.
