On 19 February 2026, the topping-out ceremony for the \u2018An der Schanze 25\u2019 project took place in the new Donaufeld district, with the erection of a topping-out tree marking the completion of the roof. New, modern residential complexes are being built here, with a total of four buildings of varying heights.
\nOn this day, builders, construction workers, architects and city representatives gathered to celebrate this milestone together. The builder opened the ceremony and the youngest construction worker recited the traditional topping-out speech. This was followed by a song about the project.
