The post-and-beam fa\u00e7ade has been installed in the entrance areas of all four components. Expansion work has also started on the first residential units. Tile coverings are being produced in designated rooms, and apartment entrance doors are being installed one by one. In Component A, the suspended fa\u00e7ade on the upper floor has already been completed. The natural dimensions of the remaining underlying fa\u00e7ade elements are being taken to ensure precise manufacturing and assembly. Work on the facade has started on component B, with the thermal insulation composite system being installed and the insulation panels fixed according to requirements dependent on static and wind loads. This is followed by the reinforcement layer with embedded tissue. The top plaster is then applied, followed by abrasion, before proceeding to the colour design.
