An important milestone has been reached in our new residential project at Wagramer Stra\u00dfe 112, in Vienna\u2019s 22nd district. Following the successful ground-breaking ceremony in the spring, work on site is progressing rapidly and according to plan. The excavation pit has already been fully dug out, and the construction crane now towers into the sky, visible from afar, thereby securing the logistics routes for the next phases of construction. Reinforcement and formwork are currently being carried out, and the floor slab is being concreted on an ongoing basis. This lays the foundation for the basement, which will in future house an underground car park, bicycle storage areas and functional storage rooms.
