Alongside the ongoing construction work on the buildings, the outdoor facilities are also increasingly taking shape. Across the entire project development area, new public transport infrastructure is being created, comprising roads, cycle paths and footpaths. On our plots, paving work for the public transport infrastructure is currently underway. The drainage ditches for the plots have already been laid and will form an important part of the surface drainage system in future.
\nWork has also begun on the shared outdoor areas between the four building blocks. At present, the kerb stones are being laid to border the future paths and green spaces, thereby laying the foundations for the further design of the outdoor areas.
\nAt the same time, concrete slabs are being laid on the balconies. The fa\u00e7ade work on Building D is in its final stages and will be completed in the course of this week.<\/p>\n
