End of construction K\u00f6flacher Gasse 9 2.10.2017<\/p>\n
STUWO AG\u2019s student halls of residence at K\u00f6flacher Gasse 9 were ready for use at the start of the winter semester. The building is the second of STUWO AG\u2019s halls in Graz and is located near the Joanneum Technical College. We are very pleased that the new accommodation is very popular and was already at full capacity when it opened! The wide range of communal areas such as shared kitchens, gym, music rooms and multi-purpose areas and of course not forgetting the very attractive location for students in Eggenberg mean that the halls of residence are becoming a real success!
\nThe residents particularly appreciate the rooftop terrace, which offers both a panorama of the Schlossberg and also a view of the Plabutsch. We are very pleased that the building, along with its internal furnishings, is proving to be very popular and we would like to thank everyone involved for the great teamwork and wish all of the residents a successful semester!<\/p>\n
