Construction progress Cityquartier, Wiener Neustadt 18.12.2017<\/p>\n
Building works have been progressing rapidly on plot 2 since the official start of construction on the 27.02.2017,
\nThe construction of the walls in the area of staircases 1, 2 and 3 on the 3rd floor has been completed. In the area of staircases 2 and 3 building of the walls on the top floor has nearly been completed and in staircase 1 construction of the top floor walls will be started in the next few days.<\/p>\n
The prefabricated parts for the element ceilings and walls in the areas around staircase 4 are currently being delivered to the construction site, or the formwork and reinforcements needed for the ground floor are currently being built in the sections where cast-in-situ concrete is being used.<\/p>\n
Excavations have already been completed on building plot 1, the granular sub-base is being applied everywhere and the first section of the floor slabs are already being concreted over. Reinforcement is currently being laid for the other sections.<\/p>\n
