Despite the icy temperatures, the construction work in Ansch\u00fctzgasse is progressing rapidly. With the installation of the last lamellas, the fa\u00e7ade work is entering its final phase, the office floors have already been totally completed and individual completion work is currently still being carried out on the ground floor.\u00a0In mid-March, a partial handover to the new tenants will take place.<\/p>\n
In the apartments, all floors have already been laid and the kitchens installed. At the same time, work on the outdoor facilities is also in full swing.<\/p>\n
