\nMeanwhile, drywall work in the building interior has now reached the 3rd<\/sup>\u00a0floor. The prefabricated parts for the element ceilings and walls in the areas around staircase 4 are currently being delivered to the construction site, and the formwork and reinforcements needed for the top floor are currently being built in the sections where cast-in-situ concrete is being used.
\nExcavations have already been completed on building plot 1, the granular sub-base has been applied everywhere and the first section of the floor slabs are already being concreted over. All of the walls and supports in the basement have been completed and most of the prefabricated elements for the basement ceiling have already been put in place.
