On 2 July 2026, our management team attended the 8th IPA Conference in Berlin. The event is regarded as one of the leading industry gatherings on Integrated Project Management (IPA) and provided a platform for discussion between clients, design practices, contractors, academia and public sector clients.
The conference focused on current developments in partnership-based project management – ranging from experiences gained from completed IPA projects, through target cost and remuneration models, to issues of collaboration, risk management and digitalisation. Specialist presentations, case studies and panel discussions demonstrated how the early involvement of all project stakeholders can make complex construction projects more efficient, transparent and successful.
Attending the conference gave our management team the opportunity to gain fresh insights into the successful implementation of complex construction projects, to strengthen contacts within the industry and to learn first-hand about the latest developments in integrated project management.
