Sustainability – Responsible approach at all levels
A holistic approach as well as the long-term and future-oriented development of projects is one of the core competences of WGA ZT GmbH. By including a wide range of factors in all planning phases, we succeed in creating sustainable values that do justice to the client, the user and the environment.
The sustainability approach is incorporated on all levels and is reflected in the implementation details as well as in lighthouse projects that illustrate the full spectrum of capabilities. In addition to environmental issues, social and economic criteria are also important factors that are taken into account during the construction, operation and also the subsequent occupancy of the buildings.
In terms of a holistic approach, particular significance is attributed to the efficiency of resources and a balanced approach not only to the work on the project, but also to the office organisation and the daily environment.
