BIM – Building models at all levels
By establishing a digital image of a building, as well as its structures and its processes, it is possible to gain an insight into its processes and thus to optimise them. In this respect, WGA ZT GmbH offers three-dimensional building models that are tailored to the respective planning phases and cover all ranges from pre-conceptualisation to monitoring during operation.
With the help of the integration of specialist planners and contractors, as well as their respective plans and experiences, we constantly improve processes and plans with regard to the consumption of resources and the efficiency of the projects. This provides the occupant with an ideal building, which at the same time has a positive impact on its environment and sets sustainable impulses in the long term.
