The challenging excavation of the foundation pit for the office building and car park in Munich has now reached an impressive depth. After some preliminary shoring work and now that a lowered working level has been built and the diaphragm walls have been placed in the subsoil, the construction of the basement floors in cover construction is firmly on schedule. To this end, the central columns that will support the floor slabs are currently being prepared. A total of eight floors will be built underground, most of which will be available for the automatic parking system.
