Construction of the roof terraces has begun. After the reinforced concrete ceilings were formed into a slope, the sealing plane was manufactured. The inverted roof was then constructed with thermal insulation installed, and a protective and filter layer was placed on top. Next, a grit or compensation layer will be introduced to serve as a load-distributing base for the concrete slabs. The terrace slabs will then be laid in the gravel bed. Finally, the green roof structure, including the necessary protective, drainage and substrate layers, will be installed in the designated areas. These areas will be available to future residents as private roof gardens.
Meanwhile, the substructure of the suspended façade is assembled in component A and the final assembly work on the balcony fall protection systems is carried out in component D.
