Construction activities are currently in their final completion phase.
In the outdoor areas, paving works along the buildings and public access roads are being completed. Pedestrian walkways, access routes and drainage facilities have already been installed, while the final landscaping and horticultural works are currently underway.
Inside the buildings, the final fit-out and finishing works are in progress. The common areas, basement storage units and technical facilities are in the last stages of completion. At the same time, final cleaning works and functional testing are being carried out.
The remaining activities are focused on final detail works and preparations for the handover of the residential buildings.
