On September 15, 2017, our interested colleagues went on our first office-oriented architectural tour to the seaside town of Seestadt Aspern J12. The project is already in the final phase of construction and will be completed in December 2017/January 2018.After receiving a warm welcome from the construction manager of STRABAG AG, Mr. Torsten Arrich, our project manager, Stefan Cerwenka, briefly discussed the key data on this building project in the construction container. Afterwards, the whole complex, which consisted of four parts, was inspected by the participants, and a lot of interesting questions were asked by the participants, which could be comprehensively answered by Mr. Arrich and Mr. Cerwenka. At the end, STRABAG AG also provided a snack, so we were able to make our way to the next visit, the recently completed construction project Effenbergplatz.
