Construction progress Aspern J12 21.08.2017
In accordance with the construction schedule, the outer facade is finalized in the installed residential building of component 1. For component 2, the facade has already been completed.
Interior design (dry construction, electrical and building services installations) is progressing rapidly in component 1 and is approaching completion. The flooring work is in full progress in component 1 and 2. At the moment, the tile work in the sanitary areas is finished in component 2 and the floors in the living areas are laid in component 1 before the laying of the tiles is started.
The drywall construction has been completed at component 3, which is located at the Sonnenallee, the student dormitory, and the work is completed on the ground floor with regard to work on the floor construction and on the screed. The lining of the building for the façade work has been completed and the fitting of the exterior insulation progresses.
In the case of component 4, the garage, the roof sealing work could be completed and the work for the outdoor systems is fully operational.
