The construction work is in full progress. In the last few weeks, the HVAC installations (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, electrical) and the drywall construction work on the 2nd floor have started on the construction site. Meanwhile, the walls on the ground floors are being sealed and all the necessary preparations for the final surfaces are underway. In addition, a number of agreements still need to be reached between the professional planners and contractors in order to achieve excellent results. Finally, the last overhanging part of the ramp is also being concreted, which will soon connect the Aron Menczer educational campus and thereby also the south-eastern part of the district Landstraße and the Fasanviertel towards the city center.
