Construction work on the mullion and transom façade and the Alucobond façade was almost completed over the new year period. Only small areas are still being worked on here and there. In the meantime, work has begun on the substructure for the ceramic façades, which will be added there in the next step.
At the same time, there has also been major progress on the interior work. In the meantime, various pieces of work on the interior are being carried out in parallel on all floors. A number of different trades such as locksmiths, drywall builders, electricians and building services installers are working simultaneously.
In addition, most of the construction work in the ground floor areas, such as the gyms, has already been completed.
There has also been visible progress in the outdoor area. At the moment, the construction workers are busy with the foundation work for the sports areas. According to the current work schedule, everything is on course for the planned completion in spring.
