Our housing project at Bloch-Bauer-Promenade 17 in 1100 Vienna is finally on the home straight. The final guttering work will be completed on the façade and the loggias will also receive their partition walls in the next few days. All of the parquet and tiles have also now been laid in the flats and the bathrooms are ready for the installation of the sanitation fixtures. Most of the storage rooms in the basement have already been fitted with high-quality aluminium partitions. The garden has been adapted to the final level and even if it is difficult to imagine right now, a green oasis will be waiting for its future residents in a few weeks.
