The topping-out ceremony is already in sight!
At the beginning of next week, the concrete for the last ceiling above the 4th floor will be delivered and the shell completed in succession. The roof terrace on the 4th floor has already been sealed.
Meanwhile, on the second and third floors, painting and putty work has fully started and the first piers for the drywall are already standing on the second floor. The windows on the residential floors are constantly being installed and also most of the windows for the office floor have already been delivered and are now waiting for installation. The goal is to completely close the 1st to 3rd floor before Christmas. The locksmith has also begun his work on the construction site – currently the substructures for the glass balustrades are being mounted on the balconies.
