Two modern buildings offering a total of 63 flats and temporary apartments have been constructed at Beheimgasse 45-49 in Vienna’s 17th district. The aim of this project is to create high-quality living space with excellent infrastructure and public transport connections.
Vertical access is provided by two staircases and barrier-free lifts, which ensure easy access to all floors. In addition, a single-storey new building has been constructed in the green courtyard area, further complementing the residential offering.
The residential units on offer are designed to meet the needs of different target groups. The attic units are equipped with roof terraces that offer a view of the city from the garden side. The basement houses an underground car park, storage rooms, technical rooms and a bicycle storage room.
Geothermal heating ensures energy-efficient heating of the premises, while the photovoltaic system on the roof uses solar energy to generate electricity, thus contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions.
We look forward to welcoming the future residents to their new homes.
Finally, we would like to thank everyone involved, whose commitment and expertise contributed significantly to the successful completion of this project.
