We are pleased that with our considerations for the new use or reconversion of the historically protected property, we can contribute to ensuring that this object can be used in a contemporary manner in the upcoming years. The Collegium Canisianum was built in the year 1910 as a theological seminary in the Innsbruck district of Saggen. In recent years, in addition to a dormitory for students, other tenants or functions have also made this building their “home”. Our proposal intends to restructure the building accordingly and redesign it for the challenges of the future.
We have therefore defined our ideas considering the guiding principles of “quality of living – sustainability – clarity” and developed an appropriate proposal together with our business partners.
