In accordance with the construction schedule, the exterior facade, analogue to component 2, is finished in the residential building of component 1, and the exterior wings are now painted.
The interior construction (drywall, electrical and building services installations) in building 1 is de facto completed and only needs some additions on the ground floor. The flooring work in component 1 is in full swing. At the present time, tiling work is being carried out in the sanitary areas of the upper floors, and the radiator assembly is completed. In component 2, the floors as well as the tiles are laid completely in the living areas and the radiators are mounted everywhere.
The screed work has now been completed at the building 3, the student residence, which is located at the Sonnenallee, and the paintwork work is now only pending on the ground floor and in the staircase steps. The external elements with the expanded metal frames have long been installed outside all windows and the work on the ETICS facade has been completed.
In the case of component 4, the garage, the substructure for the expanded metal facade is installed and the work for the coating of the cooking surfaces is completed. The mullion and transom structures are installed on the ground floor of the utility rooms and the ETICS facade is currently being installed.
The work for the outdoor systems is fully operational with all four components.
