Construction progress Aspern J12 22.11.2017
According to the construction schedule, the exterior facade of component 1 and component 2 has been completed and the outside railings have now been completely painted.
The interior fittings (drywall, electrical and domestic engineering installations) in component 1 are de facto completed and there is only some more completion work on the ground floor required. The tiling work in component 1 is in the final phase with the main focus on the staircase houses. In component 2, the tiles are also being laid in the staircase.
The building 3, the student dormitory, is located on the Sonnenallee. The screed works have been completed and the painting work requires only few additions on the ground floor and in the staircase corridors. The exterior elements with the expanded metal frames are mounted everywhere and the work on the ETICS facade is completed.
Currently, the walkway along Sonnenallee is already being made.
For component 4, the garage, the substructure for the expanded metal facade and the expanded metal arch elements are assembled and the coating of the garage surfaces is completed. In the rentable spaces on the ground floor the mullion- transom constructions are installed and the work on the ETICS facade is completed.
The work on the outdoor facilities is already well advanced for all four components.
