Construction progress Aspern J12 26.03.2018
Since the last update, building section 1 and also building section 2 have been completed and handed over to the developer. With the student halls of residence in building section 3, which is located on the Sonnenallee, the painting work has almost been completed and this only needs a few additions in the staircase on the ground floor. The laying of the lino flooring and bathroom tiling in the student residential units has been finalized and the last few bits of flooring work in the ground floor areas are now being carried out. Work on building section 4, the garage, was completed in December and the internal finishing work for the general-purpose rooms on the ground floor zone is currently being finalized. Meanwhile, the garage is already being used. The work on the outdoor areas of all four building sections has already been completed.
