The components of the PRISMA (components N5-N8) are receiving the final finishing work so that they can be handed over one after the other at a monthly time interval.
We are also working very hard to complete the work in the parking garage, so that it can be fully operational in two partial operations. The individual basement areas are completed with the handover of the individual building components. The handover of the N7 building component is the first, followed by the handover of building components N5 and N6, and the handover of the last PRISMA building component, N8.
As far as the Salzburg Wohnbau building components (N1-N4) are concerned, the final interior finishing work and the sanitary installations will be performed on the N3 and N4 building components so that these can be handed over at the same time as the N8 building component. The façade work has started for the building components N1 and N2 and the interior work has also already started.
The construction of the exterior facilities is in progress to ensure that these are also completed on time. The pathways of the outdoor facilities and the borders of the private gardens from the first-floor apartments are already visible and the entrance areas of the individual building components are also partly paved with small-sized panels.
Also, the Werkbach, which runs along the east side of the property, creates already an atmospheric atmosphere.
