Nature is blossoming and the house on lot C.18.B is already shining in the most beautiful colours, because the thermal insulation composite facade in the inner courtyard is plastered. The mullion and transom facade on the ground floor has already been installed for the most part, so that the entrance area to the office is visible. The substructure for the insulation of the soffit is currently being installed in the adjoining area of the arcade.
At the same time, the final drywall construction work continues inside the building and the painters start their work on the living floors. On the first floor, the electricians are busy laying the extensive cables for the future office space. The ventilation ducts have also already been installed. At the roof the substrate for the greening could be introduced with most beautiful sunshine… on which also here soon the first flowers will bloom.
